Texas LPs, foreign or domestic, file Texas Periodic Report. The state filing fee is $50. Due date for this filing is not more than once every 4 years, with the due date shown on the request.

Non-Profit Corporation:

Texas Non-Profit Corporations, foreign or domestic, file Texas Periodic Report. The state filing fee is $5. Due date for this filing is not more than once every 4 years, with the due date shown on the request.
