Pennsylvania LLCs, Corporations, PCs, Nonprofits and LPs, foreign or domestic, file Decennial Report (once every 10 years). The fee is $70, and the report is only filed in years ending in 1, so if it was due in 2011 and won’t be due again until 2021. You can file the report during the whole reporting year.

In addition, nonprofits that had change in officers in any given year must file Annual Report ($0 fee).

LLP:

Pennsylvania LLPs file Annual Report. The state filing fee is $310 minimum for domestic and $250 minimum for foreign LLPs. Due date for this filing is on or before April 15th the following year.

PLLC:

Pennsylvania PLLCs file Annual Report. The state filing fee is $460 minimum for domestic and $380 minimum for foreign PLLCs. Due date for this filing is on or before April 15th the following year.
