Nonprofit:

Illinois Non-Profit Corporations file Annual Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $10. Due date for this filing is April 1st following the registration year, then every other April 1st after.

LLP (Domestic):

Illinois domestic LLPs file Annual Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $100 per partner, with a minimum of $200 and maximum of $5000. Due date for this filing is last day of previous filing anniversary month. For example, if your company was registered September 15th, your Annual Report would be due by August 31st.

LLLP:

Illinois LLLPs are not required to file any types of annual reports with the state.

Corporation & PC:

Illinois Corporations and PCs, foreign or domestic, file Annual Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $75 plus minimum $25 Franchise Tax (calculated by your initial capital investment). Due date for this filing is last day of previous filing anniversary month. For example, if your company was registered September 15th, your Annual Report would be due by August 31st.

LP:

Illinois LPs, foreign or domestic, file Annual Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $100. Due date for this filing is last day of previous filing anniversary month. For example, if your company was registered September 15th, your Annual Report would be due by August 31st.

LLP (Foreign):

Illinois foreign LLPs file Annual Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $300. Due date for this filing is last day of previous filing anniversary month. For example, if your company was registered September 15th, your Annual Report would be due by August 31st.
