Do I need a sales tax ID if I am operating a web store in Florida?

If you are located in Florida, you are required to collect sales tax on the purchases you make to Florida residents, even if they are made over the Internet. For that reason, you will need a Sales Tax ID.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
