If you are referring to your company federal tax ID (EIN) then the question is did you apply for it (you do it with the IRS).
If you are talking about California tax ID then the question is which tax did you register for (or want to register for).
By just filing Articles of Organization with Secretary of State you don’t get any tax IDs assigned, so please let me know which tax ID you are referring to and I will help you further.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
