I have inc company registration at New York. I am moving to Florida and all my activities will be at Florida. Can I keep my tax id and do everything in Florida, or I have to keep New York forever? I don’t want to open new company for tax reasons.

You can change your company domicile from New York to Florida. The process is a bit complex, but doable.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
