How long will it take you to register LLC in CA?

The standard state processing time to register an LLC in California is 8-10 business weeks from receipt of the application, which is shown on the state’s website.
There are a few expedite options you could use to have the company filed faster (3-4 weeks and 3-5 days), which we have listed on our application when registering a California entity.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
