Does this $499 include publication, or is that separate?

Yes, our publication packages include all costs, such as newspaper fees, cost of filing Affidavit of Publication with the state, and other related costs.
It is important to note that $499 is a price offered by us only for new New York LLCs, formed by us, since it involves registering the company business address in our Albany office, for the purpose of placing the publication in Albany county of New York. After the publication requirement is satisfied we file the Affidavit of Publication as well as Amendment of business address.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
