How long does it take to form NM LLC?

When forming an LLC in New Mexico the state takes 3-4 business weeks to process and file new entity applications. They do offer an expedited service for an additional (nonrefundable in case of rejection) $200 to the state filing fee, where they will file the entity within 24 hours of receiving the application (however from our experience neither regular nor expedited processing times are guaranteed).
