Does one must be US citizen to open a corporation?

Foreign individuals or entities can be shareholders of a US corporation, provided this corporation is not S-Corporation. Same rules apply for LLCs as well, meaning a foreigner can bea member of an LLC as long as the LC is not elected to be taxed as S-Corporation.
