The least expensive way to do it together with your daughter in New York is to form a General Partnership (by drafting a simple partnership agreement), and registering a DBA in your county of residence. Since its a partnership you won’t be able to use your SSN, and instead you would need to obtain an EIN.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
