You can change the entity name anytime by filing a Certificate of Amendment with the District of Columbia.
Keep in mind, when changing the entity’s name or business address, you will also need to amend that information on the EIN account as well.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
