To change the address of your business, you would need to file a Certificate of Amendment with the state the company is registered in.
Keep in mind, when changing the business address with the state, the EIN account will need to be amended as well.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
